Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes cut in half peeled
  • 4 bacon rashers diced
  • 275 g aioli
  • 1 bunch fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheese grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to about 180C.
  • Step 2
    Boil potatoes for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Drain potatoes and allow to cool.
  • Step 4
    Dice cooled potatoes.
  • Step 5
    Place potatoes mixed with dill and bacon into casserole dish.
  • Step 6
    Stir through aioli and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

  • 1 casserole dish
Recipe Notes
Preboiling the potatoes is optional, but baking time needs to be longer if they are not boiled first.
