Easy and delicious potato bake.
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes cut in half peeled
- 4 bacon rashers diced
- 275 g aioli
- 1 bunch fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
Method

Step 1Preheat the oven to about 180C.

Step 2Boil potatoes for approximately 15 minutes.

Step 3Drain potatoes and allow to cool.

Step 4Dice cooled potatoes.

Step 5Place potatoes mixed with dill and bacon into casserole dish.

Step 6Stir through aioli and season with salt and pepper.

Step 7Sprinkle with cheese and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Recipe Notes
Preboiling the potatoes is optional, but baking time needs to be longer if they are not boiled first.
