The easy parathas are similar to Malaysian/Singaporean roti pratas. There is no kneading of dough.
Ingredients
- 3 sheets puff pastry
Method

Step 1Cut each piece of pastry into 4 squares.

Step 2Heat pan, and place each square on the pan over low heat.

Step 3(its not necessary to grease the pan as there is enough fat in the pastry)

Step 4Cook on both sides. Do not over cook as pastry burns easily.

Step 5Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
This can be served with curry, scrambled eggs cooked with onions, tomatoes and some chilli powder. This recipe is far cheaper then buying Malaysian/Singaporean roti pratas in the supermarket.
