Chicken and chilli pasta with diced bacon.
Ingredients
- 600 g skin-off chicken breast fillet diced
- 500 g short-cut bacon rashers diced
- 800 g canned diced tomato
- 2 tbs chilli sauce hot
- 2 onions diced large
- 1 cup parsley fresh
- 500 g penne
- 2 tbs garlic
- 1 tbs parmesan cheese *optional
Method

Step 1Dice chicken, bacon and onion to similar sizes and fry until golden brown. Add herbs.

Step 2Add canned tomatoes and garlic. Add the chilli sauce and simmer.

Step 3Meanwhile cook the pasta until nice and soft and then drain.

Step 4Serve pasta and sauce topped with Parmesan cheese or mix a little Parmesan in just before serving.
