Ingredients

  • 600 g skin-off chicken breast fillet diced
  • 500 g short-cut bacon rashers diced
  • 800 g canned diced tomato
  • 2 tbs chilli sauce hot
  • 2 onions diced large
  • 1 cup parsley fresh
  • 500 g penne
  • 2 tbs garlic
  • 1 tbs parmesan cheese *optional

Method

  • Step 1
    Dice chicken, bacon and onion to similar sizes and fry until golden brown. Add herbs.
  • Step 2
    Add canned tomatoes and garlic. Add the chilli sauce and simmer.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile cook the pasta until nice and soft and then drain.
  • Step 4
    Serve pasta and sauce topped with Parmesan cheese or mix a little Parmesan in just before serving.
Recipe Notes
Oregano can be used.
