Easy, peasy mince nachos that take no time at all to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 kg beef mince
- 2 x 300 g salsa
- 200 g corn chip
- 2 cup cheese grated
- 200 g sour cream *to serve
Method

Step 1Fry mince in a fry pan until brown.

Step 2Drain off fat and excess juice, and wipe out fry pan.

Step 3Return mince to fry pan and bring back to heat.

Step 4Add 1 jar of salsa and mix through thoroughly until piping hot.

Step 5In serving bowls or plates, arrange some corn chips.

Step 6Top corn chips with mince mix and cheese.

Step 7Melt cheese under the griller and serve with a dollop of sour cream and extra salsa on top.

Recipe Notes
You could also add diced capsicum, corn kernels or diced tomatoes when adding the salsa to the mince. This meat mix could also be served with tacos. I prefer to use Supreme Cheese corn chips.
