Impress your friends with this easy to make desert.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 mango
- 100 g meringue broken into pieces
- 1 L vanilla yoghurt
- 4 passionfruit small
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
Method

Step 1Add passionfruit pulp to chopped mango, if using.

Step 2Layer in a glass the meringue pieces, mango and yoghurt. Repeat until glass is full, finishing with the yoghurt.

Step 3Add a sprig of mint and small piece of mango mix to decorate.
Recipe Notes
If you don't have fresh mangoes, use a 700 g tin of mango slices and chop them roughly. The passionfruit is optional.
