This corned silverside is so simple and tastes delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 corned beef silverside rinsed
- 1 1/4 L Schweppes dry ginger ale
Method

Step 1Place silverside in the slow cooker.

Step 2Add a bottle of ginger ale until silverside is almost covered.

Step 3Cook on low for 6-8 hours, depending on the size of the silverside.

Recipe Notes
It is important to use Schweppes and definitely don't use the diet version! I find home brands have too much sugar in them and it doesn't taste as nice.
