Recipe Notes
If you need fudge in a hurry, put the fudge in the freezer for approximately 5 minutes, then cut. If you want to add a little something to your fudge, you can use Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate or other blocks e.g. Peppermint Crisp, Crunchie or Fruit and Nut. Blocks like Caramello or other liquid centre chocolates don't work well as they don't set. Also white chocolate does not work as well, as it tends not to set. Another alternative is to add an essence such as peppermint or orange for an extra hint of flavour.
