Recipe Notes

You can add whatever meats, vegetables and noodles that you like to the hot pot: pork, chicken, fish, Chinese cabbage, choy sum, udon, rice or glass noodles, button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, pork balls, fish balls etc.

You can add more broth if needed.

The noodles should be cooked towards the end of the meal because the stock is more flavourful.

If you don't have a portable stove, you can use an electric wok or a rice cooker for your hot pot instead.
