These super-easy loukoumades are made with minimal fuss. All you need are 4 ingredients and you'll have a sweet, delicious treat ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- 500mL vegetable oil
Method

Step 1Mix flour, eggs, yoghurt and bicarb soda in a small bowl until smooth.

Step 2Spoon mixture into small balls and deep fry until golden. Scoop balls out from oil. Lightly pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 3Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey to serve. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
These dougnuts are prone to deflating, so they should be served right after frying.
