Creamy curried sausages which all the family can eat.
Ingredients
- 8 thick sausage (beef)
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup potato diced partially cooked
- 1/4 cup carrot diced partially cooked
- 1/4 cup peas
- 3 tbs tomato sauce
- 2 cup rice boiled *to serve
Method

Step 1Boil sausages until cooked through and remove skins, set aside.

Step 2Fry onion and garlic in butter until soft.

Step 3Add curry powder and fry off, add flour and cook for 30 seconds, stirring.

Step 4Remove from heat and stir in milk, continue stirring until combined

Step 5Place back on heat and stir, adding more milk if necessary.

Step 6Add potato and carrot and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 7Add tomato sauce.

Step 8Add sausages and peas and simmer for 5 minutes

Step 9Serve with boiled rice and a squeeze of lemon juice.
