Warm and moreish.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 2 cups mixed nuts
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Combine oil, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper in a frying pan.

Step 3When mixture is very hot add nuts and stir to coat.

Step 4Pour nuts onto a lined baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until crisp.
