Great for when the deli runs out of pasta salad.
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stick diced
- 1/2 capsicum diced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 340 g Praise mayonnaise
- 150 ml sour cream
Method

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions on the packet.

Step 2Drain and rinse in cold water.

Step 3Place in a bowl with chopped vegetables and stir to combine.

Step 4Add the mayonnaise and sour cream and mix well.
