Lovely dip to serve with crackers or vegetable pieces.
Ingredients
- 250 g spreadable cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 shallots thinly sliced
Method

Step 1Mix first three ingredients together until well combined.

Step 2Then add the next four ingredients, stir well.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate until required.
Recipe Notes
This dip makes approximately 1 1/2 cups. Can be made a day ahead. Keep covered in the fridge.
