A delicious unusual mix of flavours. I stumbled across this by trying something new.
Ingredients
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1 cup chilli sauce
- 2 cups honey
- 8 chicken wings large
Method

Step 1Mix chilli sauce, soy sauce and honey together. Boil in a saucepan for ten minutes, then strain.

Step 2Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour over the marinade. Allow to sit overnight, if possible.

Step 3Place chicken wings upside down in an oven tray.

Step 4Preheat oven to 200C. Bake chicken for 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken has a glaze, turning once.

Step 5Serve with rice and mixed vegetables.

Step 6Pour over the juices as a sauce.
Recipe Notes
I let it marinate overnight but this isn't necessary.
I used Australian honey.
Can be served as a finger food.
