Honey, Chilli and Soy Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 cup chilli sauce
  • 2 cups honey
  • 8 chicken wings large

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix chilli sauce, soy sauce and honey together. Boil in a saucepan for ten minutes, then strain.
  • Step 2
    Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour over the marinade. Allow to sit overnight, if possible.
  • Step 3
    Place chicken wings upside down in an oven tray.
  • Step 4
    Preheat oven to 200C. Bake chicken for 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken has a glaze, turning once.
  • Step 5
    Serve with rice and mixed vegetables.
  • Step 6
    Pour over the juices as a sauce.
Recipe Notes

I let it marinate overnight but this isn't necessary.

I used Australian honey.

Can be served as a finger food.
