Ingredients

  • 125 g cream-style canned corn
  • 1 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Whisk milk and eggs together.
  • Step 2
    Add other ingredients and mix to a smooth batter.
  • Step 3
    Add fillings of choice or another 125 g can of creamed corn.
  • Step 4
    Heat a frying pan with oil.
  • Step 5
    Drop spoonfuls of batter into pan and cook until golden on each side.

  • 1 whisk
  • 1 frying pan
Recipe Notes

Include fillings of choice e.g. chopped ham, grated cheese, shallots, grated zucchini, etc.
