Quick and easy snack for lunch or dinner. I promise, they will ask for more.
Ingredients
- 125 g cream-style canned corn
- 1 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Method

Step 1Whisk milk and eggs together.

Step 2Add other ingredients and mix to a smooth batter.

Step 3Add fillings of choice or another 125 g can of creamed corn.

Step 4Heat a frying pan with oil.

Step 5Drop spoonfuls of batter into pan and cook until golden on each side.

Recipe Notes
Include fillings of choice e.g. chopped ham, grated cheese, shallots, grated zucchini, etc.
