This is so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 4 egg
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- 3 bacon rashers
- 1 onion diced
- 420 g canned red salmon flaked
Method

Step 1Prick yolks of egg. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large quiche dish.

Step 2Bake at 180C for 40-60 minutes.

Step 3Serve with salad of choice and crusty bread rolls.
Recipe Notes
I add chopped parsley, a few drops of sherry and a small sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
