Quick, easy and delicious. These fritters are light and crisp and very moreish.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs butter
- 425 g cream-style canned corn
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
Method

Step 1Combine creamed corn and flour.

Step 2Whisk in milk.

Step 3Heat a little olive oil and butter in a frying pan.

Step 4Gently fry spoonfuls of mixture until bubbles appear.

Step 5Flip and cook a further 5 minutes.

- 1 frying pan

Can be served hot or cold. Great with any sauce. Can be a side dish or complete meal.
