Golden, delicious, chicken tenders crumbed with a special, cornflake, crumb mixture.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken tenderloins cut into strips
- 1 cup Kellogg's cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Place flour on a plate.

Step 3Beat eggs in a bowl.

Step 4In a separate bowl, combine cornflake crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Step 5Coat chicken in flour. Shake off excess.

Step 6Place chicken into egg mixture to coat.

Step 7Roll chicken thoroughly in crumb mixture.

Step 8Place on a lightly greased baking tray.

Step 9Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked, turning half way through the cooking time.
Recipe Notes
You can use chicken breast.
If you prefer a sauce with this chicken recipe, I've used a simple butter, brandy, garlic and cream sauce to drizzle over.
