Ingredients

  • 8 bread roll
  • 220 g canned corn drained
  • 2 egg beaten
  • 4 slices ham (deli) chopped
  • 1 cup tasty cheese grated
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbs butter to coat

Method

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients except cheese and rolls in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Cut tops off rolls and remove dough from centres.
  • Step 3
    Place mixture in rolls and sprinkle cheese on top of mixture.
  • Step 4
    Replace tops on rolls and glaze with melted butter.
  • Step 5
    Wrap rolls in foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Unwrap rolls and bake for another 5 minutes.
