Good for a quick lunch.
Ingredients
- 8 bread roll
- 220 g canned corn drained
- 2 egg beaten
- 4 slices ham (deli) chopped
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbs butter to coat
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients except cheese and rolls in a bowl.

Step 2Cut tops off rolls and remove dough from centres.

Step 3Place mixture in rolls and sprinkle cheese on top of mixture.

Step 4Replace tops on rolls and glaze with melted butter.

Step 5Wrap rolls in foil and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 6Unwrap rolls and bake for another 5 minutes.
