A very tasty cake and so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 3 tsp coffee (liquid)
- 1 1/4 cup plain flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 125 g butter melted
- 2 egg lightly beaten
- 0.6 cup milk
Icing
- 1 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 tbs water
- 1 tbs honey
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 160C.

Step 2Place the flour, baking powder, sugar, butter, eggs, milk, and coffee mixture in a bowl, stir to combine.

Step 3Pour mixture into a 20 cm bundt pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Step 4Allow to cool for 5 minutes, turn onto wire rack.

Step 5Icing: Place icing sugar, water and honey in a bowl, stir until well mixed.

Step 6Spread icing over cake.
Equipment
- 1 bundt pans
Recipe Notes
If honey icing is too stiff add a little more water. Instead of using a bundt pan, you can use a plain round one.
