When you want a delicious, quick, easy dessert for a winters night this recipe works a treat.
Ingredients
- 1 pink lady apple finely sliced
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbs plain flour
- 1 tbs butter
- 1/4 cup macadamias chopped
- 1/3 cup coconut shredded
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tbs water
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Lay the sliced apples into each ramekin. Top with blueberries and add 1 tablespoon of water into each dish.

Step 3Add the remaining ingredients into a bowl and rub the mixture with your hands to combine the butter throughout.

Step 4Add the crumble mix to the top of the apples and place into the oven. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until golden. Serve with your favourite ice cream.
Equipment
- 2 ovenproof ramekins
- 1 bowl
Recipe Notes
You can use any baking dishes or ramekins you have, either individual ones or you can make 1 large one and then spoon the dish into bowls. If you are using 1 large dish add in 2 tablespoons of water in Step 2.
