Ingredients

  • 1 pink lady apple finely sliced
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbs plain flour
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1/4 cup macadamias chopped
  • 1/3 cup coconut shredded
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 tbs water

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Lay the sliced apples into each ramekin. Top with blueberries and add 1 tablespoon of water into each dish.
  • Step 3
    Add the remaining ingredients into a bowl and rub the mixture with your hands to combine the butter throughout.
  • Step 4
    Add the crumble mix to the top of the apples and place into the oven. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until golden. Serve with your favourite ice cream.

Equipment

  • 2 ovenproof ramekins
  • 1 bowl
Recipe Notes
You can use any baking dishes or ramekins you have, either individual ones or you can make 1 large one and then spoon the dish into bowls. If you are using 1 large dish add in 2 tablespoons of water in Step 2.
