This no-bake cake makes a quick, easy and great dessert.
Ingredients
- 250g chocolate ripple biscuits
- 300ml whipped cream
- 1 Cadbury Flake chocolate bar
Method

Step 1Use a knife or spatula and spread each biscuit with a generous amount of cream.

Step 2Stand the biscuits on edge on a tray, pressing them together to form a log.

Step 3Cover the whole lot with cream and crumble Flake bar over the top.

Step 4Place in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight.

Step 5When the biscuits are soft it is ready to serve.

Step 6Cut on an angle to serve.
Recipe Notes
For a twist you can add a shot of Creme de Menthe, it adds a nice mint flavour to the cream
