This no-bake cake makes a quick, easy and great dessert.

Ingredients

  • 250g chocolate ripple biscuits
  • 300ml whipped cream
  • 1 Cadbury Flake chocolate bar

Method

  • Step 1
    Use a knife or spatula and spread each biscuit with a generous amount of cream.

  • Step 2
    Stand the biscuits on edge on a tray, pressing them together to form a log.
  • Step 3
    Cover the whole lot with cream and crumble Flake bar over the top.
  • Step 4
    Place in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight.
  • Step 5
    When the biscuits are soft it is ready to serve.
  • Step 6
    Cut on an angle to serve.
Recipe Notes

For a twist you can add a shot of Creme de Menthe, it adds a nice mint flavour to the cream
