Are protein balls good for you?
Protein balls are high in protein (hence the name!) and are widely considered to be a healthy choice for a pre-workout snack. Most protein balls contain nuts, which are high in protein, plus fibre and a range of nutrients. But it’s important to remember that nuts are also high-calorie, with a recommended serve being 30g. So make sure to enjoy protein balls as part of a well-balanced diet.
How long can I store protein balls for?
You can keep these protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
