Great for that 'must have chocolate' fix!
Ingredients
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 100g chocolate honeycomb bar chopped
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 60g unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup milk
Method

Step 1Preheat the oven to 190C. Line 15 muffin tins with paper cups, or grease the bottoms only.

Step 2Sift together the flour and salt into a large bowl. Add the chocolate chips and chocolate-coated honeycomb, and make sure they are evenly spread out in the dry ingredients.

Step 3In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the brown sugar, vanilla extract, egg, melted butter and milk.

Step 4Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Step 5Divide batter into prepared muffin tins.

Step 6Bake for about 20 minutes and cool on a wire rack.
Recipe Notes
Do not chop the honeycomb too small or it will melt into the batter when cooking.
