Great for lunch boxes or morning and afternoon tea.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour sifted
- 1/2 cup milk choc bits
- 1/2 cup white choc bits
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 75 g butter melted
- 1 cup Nestle* Milo
- 1 egg

Method

Step 1Combine sifted flour and choc bits in a bowl.

Step 2Combine milk, butter and Milo. Add to dry ingredients with lightly beaten egg, mix well.

Step 3Spoon mixture into deep lined muffin pans.

Step 4Bake at 200C for 20-25 minutes.
Recipe Notes
For an extra surprise, place a Caramello square or Rolo in the centre of the muffin before baking.
