Ingredients

  • 2 cup self-raising flour
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 125 g butter melted
  • 250 g choc bits
  • 2 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbs milk

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Grease baking trays.
  • Step 3
    Combine flour, sugar and choc bits in a bowl, then make a well in the centre.
  • Step 4
    Add butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir gently to combine. Add milk if mixture is dry.
  • Step 5
    Drop heaped tablespoonfuls on tray, allow room for spreading.
  • Step 6
    Bake for approximately 12 minutes until golden and firm to touch.
  • Step 7
    Stand for 5 minutes, then place on cooling rack.
