Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 2 onions small chopped
  • 5 carrots peeled sliced
  • 450g canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste

Method

  • Step 1
    Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Step 2
    Add the chicken thighs, sprinkle with salt, and then fry on both sides.
  • Step 3
    Add the onions, carrots, celery stalk, tomatoes, pepper and chicken seasoning.

    Simmer for 35 minutes.
