Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 chicken breast fillet
  • 3 tbs butter
  • 1/2 packet soup mix

Method

  • Step 1
    Using a meat tenderiser or rolling pin, flatten the chicken fillets.
  • Step 2
    Cut the sheet of puff pastry in half.
  • Step 3
    Mix together butter and soup mix.
  • Step 4
    Lay chicken fillets lengthways on the pastry, one on each half and spread the soup mixture evenly along each fillet.
  • Step 5
    Roll the pastry and chicken up and seal.
  • Step 6
    Brush with milk and bake at 180C for about 20 minutes or until pastry is golden.
Recipe Notes
I recommend the Continental Savoury Chicken Supreme Soup Mix but you can use any flavour you like. If you flatten the chicken breast enough you can roll the breasts/pastry up or you can make a parcel.
