This is an easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 chicken breast fillet
- 3 tbs butter
- 1/2 packet soup mix
Method

Step 1Using a meat tenderiser or rolling pin, flatten the chicken fillets.

Step 2Cut the sheet of puff pastry in half.

Step 3Mix together butter and soup mix.

Step 4Lay chicken fillets lengthways on the pastry, one on each half and spread the soup mixture evenly along each fillet.

Step 5Roll the pastry and chicken up and seal.

Step 6Brush with milk and bake at 180C for about 20 minutes or until pastry is golden.
Recipe Notes
I recommend the Continental Savoury Chicken Supreme Soup Mix but you can use any flavour you like. If you flatten the chicken breast enough you can roll the breasts/pastry up or you can make a parcel.
