Ingredients

  • 5 chicken schnitzels
  • 5 slices ham (deli)
  • 5 slices tasty cheese
  • 375 g tomato pasta sauce

Method

  • Step 1
    Fry schnitzels in some olive oil until cooked through.
  • Step 2
    Place on some paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • Step 3
    Place a slice of ham on each schnitzel, a tablespoon of tomato sauce and top with a slice of cheese.
  • Step 4
    Bake until cheese has melted.
Recipe Notes
I often use Paul Newman's sauce.
