Chicken schnitzels with ham, cheese and tomato pasta sauce.
Ingredients
- 5 chicken schnitzels
- 5 slices ham (deli)
- 5 slices tasty cheese
- 375 g tomato pasta sauce
Method

Step 1Fry schnitzels in some olive oil until cooked through.

Step 2Place on some paper towel to drain excess oil.

Step 3Place a slice of ham on each schnitzel, a tablespoon of tomato sauce and top with a slice of cheese.

Step 4Bake until cheese has melted.
