Healthy chicken nuggets or burgers, oven baked.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillet
- 4 tbs plain flour
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 olive oil spray
Method

Step 1Dice chicken into nuggets, or half if making burgers.

Step 2Mix flour and spices.

Step 3Coat chicken pieces in flour mix, shake off excess.

Step 4Dip chicken in egg.

Step 5Re-coat chicken in flour mix.

Step 6Lay on baking tray and spray with olive oil.

Step 7Bake at 200C for 10-30 minutes, depending on size of chicken pieces, turning once.
Recipe Notes
Add some cayenne or chilli powder to spice it up a bit.
