A very nice chewy biscuit.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup dried apricots diced
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 4 tbs golden syrup
- 120 g butter melted
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 190C (170C fan forced).

Step 2Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 3Place dry ingredients, apricots and chocolate bits into a mixing bowl and mix until combined.

Step 4Add golden syrup and melted butter to the dry ingredients, stirring until combined.

Step 5Place tablespoonfuls of mixture onto baking paper, press down with fork.

Step 6Bake for 12 minutes.

Step 7Allow to cool.
