Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots diced
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 4 tbs golden syrup
  • 120 g butter melted

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 190C (170C fan forced).
  • Step 2
    Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Step 3
    Place dry ingredients, apricots and chocolate bits into a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
  • Step 4
    Add golden syrup and melted butter to the dry ingredients, stirring until combined.
  • Step 5
    Place tablespoonfuls of mixture onto baking paper, press down with fork.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Allow to cool.
