Ingredients
- 225 g chestnuts
- 110 g sugar
- 50 g milk chocolate grated
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg whites beaten well
Method

Step 1Boil chestnuts until tender. Rub through a sieve and add sugar.

Step 2Melt chocolate in a little water on top of stove until smooth.

Step 3Add the chestnut pulp and lightly fold in the egg white.

Step 4Place dessertspoonfuls of mixture on a greased and lined oven tray.

Step 5Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes until crisp.
