Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup self-raising flour
  • 2 tsp Italian mixed herbs
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cup tasty cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 5 gherkin cut lengthways
  • 12 mushrooms sliced
  • 20 stuffed green olives halved
  • 1/2 capsicum sliced
  • 300 g ham (deli) cubed
  • 30 slices pepperoni

Method

  • Step 1
    Grease a 30 cm x 30 cm baking tray. Sift flour into large bowl, stir in the herbs, then rub in the butter with finger tips. Using a round bladed knife, stir in enough milk to form a soft, sticky dough.
  • Step 2
    Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead briefly until smooth, then roll out to make a 30 cm x 30cm square, to fit on tray.
  • Step 3
    Spread tomato sauce and tomato paste over dough, then evenly spread remaining ingredients over pizza, and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 200C for approximately 25-30 minutes or until evenly browned.
