Easy and nice for a quick lunch.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 2 tsp Italian mixed herbs
- 40 g butter
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 5 gherkin cut lengthways
- 12 mushrooms sliced
- 20 stuffed green olives halved
- 1/2 capsicum sliced
- 300 g ham (deli) cubed
- 30 slices pepperoni

Step 1Grease a 30 cm x 30 cm baking tray. Sift flour into large bowl, stir in the herbs, then rub in the butter with finger tips. Using a round bladed knife, stir in enough milk to form a soft, sticky dough.

Step 2Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead briefly until smooth, then roll out to make a 30 cm x 30cm square, to fit on tray.

Step 3Spread tomato sauce and tomato paste over dough, then evenly spread remaining ingredients over pizza, and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4Bake at 200C for approximately 25-30 minutes or until evenly browned.
