Cheesy snacks that are easy to make.
Ingredients
- 750g ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg white
- 185g cheddar cheese
- 90g parmesan
- 2 tbs ground paprika
Method

Step 1Cut each sheet of pastry into 2cm strips. Brush the strips with eggg white.

Step 2Take two strips of pastry, and criss-cross each strip alternately to form one stick.

Step 3Place sticks on greased oven trays. Sprinkle combined grated cheeses over sticks then sift paprika over the top.

Step 4Bake at 200C for 7 minutes.
