Ingredients

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 40 g French onion instant soup
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 80 g noodles
  • 3 cup water

Method

  • Step 1
    Brown mince and onion.
    Cheat's Chow Mein
  • Step 2
    Add French onion soup, flavour sachet, water and vegetables.
  • Step 3
    Cook over medium heat until vegetables are cooked.
  • Step 4
    Prepare noodles as directed.
  • Step 5
    Drain noodles and either toss together with the mince, or serve mince over noodles.
Recipe Notes

You can use any combination of vegetables in this recipe, easily double the quantity to serve more people or for big eaters you can also use chicken noodle soup instead of French onion. Use beef noodles, including flavour sachet.
