An easy mince and vegetable midweek meal.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 40 g French onion instant soup
- 1 onion
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 80 g noodles
- 3 cup water
Method

Step 1Brown mince and onion.

Step 2Add French onion soup, flavour sachet, water and vegetables.

Step 3Cook over medium heat until vegetables are cooked.

Step 4Prepare noodles as directed.

Step 5Drain noodles and either toss together with the mince, or serve mince over noodles.
Recipe Notes
You can use any combination of vegetables in this recipe, easily double the quantity to serve more people or for big eaters you can also use chicken noodle soup instead of French onion. Use beef noodles, including flavour sachet.
