Ingredients

  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cup bran
  • 1/2 cup Splenda sweetener
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbs oil
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 380g Nestle* Top 'n' Fill caramel

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl.
  • Step 3
    Add flour, bran, sugar, milk, oil and banana, and mix until just combined.

  • Step 4
    Stir in 300g of the the Top 'n' Fill caramel.
  • Step 5
    Place mixture in a greased, twelve-hole muffin tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Heat the remaining caramel topping and drizzle on the muffins to serve.
