Not-too-sweet caramel muffins.

- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/4 cup bran
- 1/2 cup Splenda sweetener
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tbs oil
- 1 banana mashed
- 380g Nestle* Top 'n' Fill caramel

Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl.

Step 3Add flour, bran, sugar, milk, oil and banana, and mix until just combined.

Step 4Stir in 300g of the the Top 'n' Fill caramel.

Step 5Place mixture in a greased, twelve-hole muffin tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 6Heat the remaining caramel topping and drizzle on the muffins to serve.
