Crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 1/2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g butter melted
- 2/3 cup plain flour
Method

Step 1Whip eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Step 2Mix in cocoa, salt and melted butter.

Step 3Fold in the flour.

Step 4Pour into well greased and breadcrumb covered 23 cm springform pan.

Step 5Bake at 175C for 25 minutes.

Step 6Cake should be dry around edges, moist in the middle.

Step 7Sprinkle with icing sugar when cool.

- 1 23cm non-stick springform pan
Recipe Notes
I grease with margarine and then put some breadcrumbs in the pan and let the margarine "catch" the crumbs.
