A beautiful, fudgy, caramel brownie. You won't be able to stop at one and it's very easy to make. - musclemutt

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 100g butter melted
  • 200g white chocolate melted
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 330g Nestle* Top 'n' Fill Caramel
  • 1 handful walnuts *optional

Method

  • Step 1
    Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm lamington tray with baking paper to cover the base and up the sides.
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer on high for 4 minutes until thick.
  • Step 3
    Reduce the speed and beat in the tin of caramel, then beat in melted butter, melted chocolate, flour and nuts if using.
  • Step 4
    Pour mixture into the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 40-45 minutes, or until firm in the centre.
  • Step 5
    Remove from the oven and cool brownie in pan. Then lift out using lining paper and cut into squares.

  • 1 baking paper
Recipe Notes

I chopped and added some walnuts for crunch.

These brownies will keep up to a week in an airtight container in a cool place.
