This is an easy cabbage side dish. Even if you're not a big fan of cabbage, this one is worth a try. Very yum.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/2 cabbage sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 bacon rashers chopped
- 2 celery stick chopped optional
- 1/4 tsp garlic optional
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Method

Step 1In large frying pan, heat butter or margarine.

Step 2Add garlic, cabbage, onion, celery, bacon, salt and pepper.

Step 3Cook until cabbage is soft and bacon has browned, stirring regularly.

Recipe Notes
Cabbage will look like you have way to much when cut up, but will shrink a lot when cooked. Use butter or margarine.
