A healthy slice that can be eaten for breakfast, or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 395 g condensed milk
- 250 g rolled oats
- 75 g shredded coconut
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 65 g sunflower seeds
- 65 g pepitas
- 125 g peanuts chopped unsalted
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 130C.

Step 2Warm condensed milk in a large pot.

Step 3Mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then add the condensed milk.

Step 4Spread the mixture into a slice tin and press down.

Step 5Bake for 1 hour.
Recipe Notes
You can use any seeds, they do not have to be pepitas and sunflower seeds.
Use natural unsalted peanuts.
