Ingredients

  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 250 g rolled oats
  • 75 g shredded coconut
  • 100 g dried cranberries
  • 65 g sunflower seeds
  • 65 g pepitas
  • 125 g peanuts chopped unsalted

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 130C.
  • Step 2
    Warm condensed milk in a large pot.
  • Step 3
    Mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then add the condensed milk.
  • Step 4
    Spread the mixture into a slice tin and press down.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 1 hour.
Recipe Notes

You can use any seeds, they do not have to be pepitas and sunflower seeds.

Use natural unsalted peanuts.
