Beautiful creamy sauce to go with steak.
Ingredients
- 4 beef rib-eye steaks
- 1/2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 tsp blue cheese
Method

Step 1Cook steaks to preference.

Step 2Remove steak and rest.

Step 3Fry off garlic in steak juices.

Step 4Add cream and stir until bubbling.

Step 5Melt through blue vein cheese.

Step 6Serve over steak.
Recipe Notes
Serve with vegetables. Use steak of choice, e.g. fillet or tenderloin, prime rib and rib-eye steak, etc.
