Ingredients

  • 4 beef rib-eye steaks
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tsp blue cheese

Method

  • Step 1
    Cook steaks to preference.
  • Step 2
    Remove steak and rest.
  • Step 3
    Fry off garlic in steak juices.

  • Step 4
    Add cream and stir until bubbling.
  • Step 5
    Melt through blue vein cheese.
  • Step 6
    Serve over steak.
Recipe Notes

Serve with vegetables. Use steak of choice, e.g. fillet or tenderloin, prime rib and rib-eye steak, etc.
