Ingredients

  • 2L vanilla ice-cream
  • 400g Lotus Biscoff spread
  • 200g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
  • 300g Lotus Biscoff Sandwich biscuits

Method

  • Step 1
    Place vanilla ice-cream in a large mixing bowl. Melt Biscoff spread in a bain-marie.
  • Step 2
    Pour melted Biscoff spread into a bowl then mix into vanilla ice-cream. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Break Biscoff-flavoured biscuits into small pieces.
  • Step 4
    Pour a quarter of the Biscoff ice-cream mix back into your ice-cream container. Sprinkle Biscoff biscuits over the ice-cream and cover with more ice-cream mix. Repeat until you have used up the ingredients.
  • Step 5
    Finish with Biscoff biscuits. Freeze overnight.
  • Step 6
    Serve with extra Biscoff biscuits or additional Biscoff spread.
