With just a couple of ingredients, this super-easy Biscoff ice-cream is the ultimate weekend treat.
Ingredients
- 2L vanilla ice-cream
- 400g Lotus Biscoff spread
- 200g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
- 300g Lotus Biscoff Sandwich biscuits
Method

Step 1Place vanilla ice-cream in a large mixing bowl. Melt Biscoff spread in a bain-marie.

Step 2Pour melted Biscoff spread into a bowl then mix into vanilla ice-cream. Set aside.

Step 3Break Biscoff-flavoured biscuits into small pieces.

Step 4Pour a quarter of the Biscoff ice-cream mix back into your ice-cream container. Sprinkle Biscoff biscuits over the ice-cream and cover with more ice-cream mix. Repeat until you have used up the ingredients.

Step 5Finish with Biscoff biscuits. Freeze overnight.

Step 6Serve with extra Biscoff biscuits or additional Biscoff spread.
