A creamy cocktail made with Biscoff spread and Baileys Irish cream, and delicious crushed Biscoff biscuits around the rim.
Ingredients
- 60ml Baileys Irish cream
- 60ml spicy rum liqueur
- 100ml pure cream
- 2 tbls biscoff spread
- 50g milk chocolate
- 2 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
Method

Step 1Place baileys, spicy liqueur, cream and biscoff in a shaker filled with ice and shake for 30-60 seconds to combine.

Step 2Melt chocolate on a flat microwave safe plate in the microwave on high for 20-30 seconds. Stir to spread slightly over the plate. Dip an inverted martini glass in the chocolate to coat the rim then dip in crushed biscoff. Pour cocktail into the glass and serve.
