A nice snack that can be eaten in front of the TV on a cold winter's afternoon.
Ingredients
- 2 bacon rashers finely chopped
- 2 tomato deseeded finely chopped small
- 310 g canned corn drained
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 4 egg lightly beaten
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 170C.

Step 2Oil a round cake pan, line with baking paper.

Step 3Cook bacon in frypan until crisp and drain on absorbent paper.

Step 4Combine bacon with remaining ingredients in large bowl, pour into cake pan.

Step 5Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until just set.
