This creamy bircher muesli is a perfect start to the day. Made with yoghurt and fresh fruit, it is packed with natural protein and vitamins. Delicious, nutritious and worth the effort.
Ingredients
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup apple grated
- 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 cup mixed berries chopped
- 1 tbs L.S.A mix
Method

Step 1Soak oats and LSA in juice overnight.

Step 2Mix in other ingredients the next morning.
Recipe Notes
Try this with flavoured yoghurts. Nuts may be added to the oats and LSA mixture. For vegan or dairy free, this is great with soy yoghurt. Use mixed berries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or sultanas.
