Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup apple grated
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 cup mixed berries chopped
  • 1 tbs L.S.A mix

Method

  • Step 1
    Soak oats and LSA in juice overnight.
  • Step 2
    Mix in other ingredients the next morning.
Recipe Notes

Try this with flavoured yoghurts. Nuts may be added to the oats and LSA mixture. For vegan or dairy free, this is great with soy yoghurt. Use mixed berries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or sultanas.
