Nice for a meal, or to have at a party.
Ingredients
- 350 g ham (deli) minced
- 350 g lean pork mince medium
- 1 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 egg beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper *to taste
Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 tbs mustard powder
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 160C.

Step 2In a bowl, combine ingredients for the meatballs.

Step 3Shape into small or medium balls.

Step 4Place in a shallow, lightly greased oven proof dish, set aside.

Step 5Combine the sauce ingredients in another bowl, pour over meatballs and bake for 40 minutes, basting often.

Recipe Notes
You can also replace the brown sugar and dry mustard with honey and old fashioned prepared mustard. Serve with steamed rice or vegetables and mash of your choice.
