Whenever I make this I am always asked for the recipe. It is so easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 250 g cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup capsicum finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Spanish onion finely chopped
- 1 tbs chilli
- 1 cob loaf
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients and mix together well.

Step 2Cut a thin slice from the top of cob loaf and gently scoop out the centre of the bread.

Step 3Fill loaf with ingredients and replace top.

Step 4Wrap in foil and bake at 180C for 1 hour.

- 1 baking tray
Recipe Notes
You can vary the ingredients to suit you own taste. I usually serve this with corn chips and lavash crisps. Once you run out of "dippers" people will start tearing at the cob loaf until there is none left. I used chilli from a jar.
