These tasty choc chip cookies are crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle.
Ingredients
- 125g butter, softened
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup Woolworths Essentials Brown Sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 cup choc chips
Method

Step 1Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla, and beat well.

Step 2Mix in sifted flour and choc chips using a wooden spoon until well combined.

Step 3Place heaped teaspoons of mixture onto a lined tray, and press gently with a fork or fingers to slightly flatten..

Step 4Bake at 180C for 10-12 minutes or until golden in colour.
