These super-simple scones are the perfect way to celebrate afternoon tea with friends. They're perfect with jam and cream!
Ingredients
- 3 cups self raising Flour
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1 cup lemonade
Method

Step 1Sift the flour and place in a large bowl, make a well. Pour in the cream and lemonade. Stir gently until combined. Put mixture onto a floured surface and knead gently until smooth, don't overwork the mixture.

Step 2Divide the dough into 16 parts and shape into even shaped scones. Line the air fryer with baking paper and then (depending on the size of the air fryer) place 4-8 scones.

Step 3Cook on 180C for 15 minutes.

Step 4Serve with jam and cream
