Delicious rissoles the kids will love...and hubby.
Ingredients
- 1 kg beef mince
- 1 onion finely chopped medium
- 2 button mushrooms finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1/2 cup carrot grated
- 2 tsp Italian mixed herbs
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs olive oil
Method

Step 1Combine all ingredients except oil in a bowl.

Step 2Roll balls to about the size of a plum.

Step 3Cook in a pan on stove top.
Recipe Notes
As I only added one egg the mixture seemed delicate and would nearly fall apart in the pan. Take extra care and turn with tongs rather than an egg slide.
